I led the product design for Assured Guaranty, a major U.S. bond insurance company, focusing on streamlining the workflows of financial analysts. We began with exploratory workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover user needs and define clear goals. Through in-depth user research, I mapped out the analysts’ processes and pain points, then translated those into intuitive task flows and wireframes using Figma. Interactive prototypes were tested with end users to validate key interactions, especially around complex recalculation logic. Collaborating closely with developers, we ensured the final product was both technically sound and user-centric—replacing outdated tools with a frictionless interface that boosted decision-making speed and analyst efficiency.
