Greenlight is a leader in logistics and transportation across Quebec and North America. I worked on designing an MVP for their B2B platform, aimed at connecting vendors and customers through features like real-time shipment tracking, order placement, account management, and more. We ran stakeholder workshops to define core use cases and user journeys, then built a streamlined UX/UI system tailored to logistics workflows. The design prioritized clarity, efficiency, and scalability for future phases.
