USS was a full UX/UI overhaul for an e-commerce platform. I redesigned key flows across product discovery, checkout, and user account management to reduce friction and improve conversion. Leveraging UX best practices and user behavior insights, I restructured the interface to be more intuitive and mobile-friendly.Result: Boosted product engagement and streamlined the purchase journey—leading to higher checkout completion and reduced support tickets.
